PROJECT OVERVIEW:

We started our journey with CFC with a comprehensive discovery phase to further understand the current situation and gain insights into what marketing and communications strategies will work best to achieve CFC’s sales goals. Our objective was to uncover motivations, characteristics, messaging, and tactics that will help reach new audiences and drive them to purchase additional framing and installation services. During this discovery phase, we identified an opportunity for expansion and created two audience profiles and journey maps – one for existing clients, and one for a prospective client audience. Using these journey maps, we created a marketing plan with defined benchmarks, measurements, and timelines for the overall project, broken into three-, six-, and nine-month segments. The marketing plan leveraged the new visual identity and core messaging through paid social media ads (through Facebook and Instagram), email marketing, and the website.

 

RESULTS:

Our team showed results across email marketing and digital ads:

  • In the first year of implementing the marketing plan, CFC saw a 34% revenue growth. Throughout the project, we have maintained a 50% email open rate.

  • The digital ads achieved a 1.02% click-through rate and converted 0.41% of clicks into leads at just $61.44 per lead on average, outperforming typical $100 cost-per-lead benchmarks.
