Future Link is a nonprofit that provides a 15-week seminar for low-income, first-generation-to-college young adults with the tools, skills, and resources to achieve lasting economic self-sufficiency. Epstein Creative Group’s objective was to uncover motivations, characteristics, messaging, tactics, and more that will help reach new audiences and drive them to the desired actions (applying for or promoting Future Link seminars).  After compiling data/results from stakeholder interviews and market research, we developed messaging and tactics that target each audience group, including strategies to engage audiences through social media, print media, video, and other outreach forms.
