Exigent is a mechanical services platform for critical infrastructure. Since 2022, Exigent has added Operating Companies to the platform and provided each of them with financial, IT, HR, and marketing services to propel growth. Less than a year after acquiring its initial three companies, Exigent is looking ahead to expanding acquisitions, recruiting staff, engaging current staff across its companies, and increasing sales across the board.

PROJECT OVERVIEW:

During this time, ECG was brought in as a key marketing partner to re-examine the Exigent brand, identify where the company wants to go and design the brand to help them get to that perception. Additionally, ECG elevates each of the Operating Company’s brands, developing a templated website for each Operating Company that aligns with the Exigent brand yet maintains each Company’s key messaging and visual elements during this transition. In addition, ECG has created branded templates, factsheets, business cards, and email templates to create a consistent brand across all customer touchpoints for each Operating Company. To further these efforts, ECG manages each Company’s social media platforms and email marketing to cross-sell services to existing clients and sell other Company services across Companies.

RESULTS:

Under ECG’s management, all Operating Companies’ email open rates are above industry benchmarks, with 3 of 4 accounts seeing an average of 42-50% in open rates.
