PROJECT OVERVIEW:
Initially, Exigent engaged Epstein Creative to set up ThermaServe’s LinkedIn and email campaign platform to initiate email and social media marketing to existing clients. Their existing materials were limited to their website and factsheets that were not reflective of their current positioning nor additional services they now offered, thanks to joining Exigent’s platform. Through a communications audit, and using Exigent’s brand positioning and customer personas, we designed graphics, messaging, and templates for their social media and email marketing accounts. Next, we used a website we previously designed website for another operating company, JPG Services, to create a modular website template, which we used to rewrite and build the ThermaServe website. This ensured that the operating companies aligned under the Exigent umbrella.
To further support their growing services, we designed several factsheets to showcase their new plumbing and energy & sustainability services. Over the course of the project, we continue to develop other branded collateral to ensure ThermaServe has consistently branded interactions with customers at every touchpoint, to include their e-signatures, the posters in their office, and other marketing collateral.
RESULTS:
Our team was able to show progress across email marketing, social media marketing, and website traffic:
- The email campaigns consistently saw open rates above 30%, higher than the industry average of 28.95%. The average click rate increased significantly from 2% to 11% over a 6-month period.
- The LinkedIn follower count jumped 75% in 3 months. Over 6 months, followers more than doubled, increasing by 105%. LinkedIn page views were up 42% in 3 months, and increased by 60% in 6 months.The average post click rate increased from 4.5 to 6.8 in the first 3 months.
- The total website users grew by 20% in just 2 months after the launch of the new website.
